When do commissions start? ⌄
Commissions are tracked from the moment your referral signs up using your unique link. However, commissions are only earned when the referred user upgrades to a paid plan (Growth or Pro). Free plan sign-ups are tracked but earn no commission until they upgrade.
What if my referral cancels and resubscribes? ⌄
If a referral cancels and later resubscribes within 60 days using your link, you resume earning commissions. If they resubscribe after 60 days without using your link, the attribution is lost.
How is the $100 minimum balance calculated? ⌄
Your balance accumulates as referrals make payments. For example, if you have 3 referrals on the $24/month Growth plan, you earn $6.00 per referral per month ($18.00 total). After 6 months you'd have ~$108.00, exceeding the threshold. Refunds or cancellations reduce your balance accordingly.
Can I promote Sell Seva on paid ads? ⌄
Paid search advertising (Google Ads, Bing Ads) bidding on Sell Seva branded keywords is not permitted. Display advertising, social media ads, and content promotion on non-branded keywords are allowed with prior written approval.
Do annual plan referrals earn more? ⌄
Yes. If a referred user signs up for an annual plan, you earn 25% of the full annual payment upfront. For example, a Growth annual plan at $240/year earns you $60 in a single payment.
What counts as a "paid customer" for the payout threshold? ⌄
A paid customer is a referred user who is currently on an active Growth or Pro plan at the time your payout is calculated. Users on free trials, free plans, or paused subscriptions do not count. The 3-customer threshold must be met at the time of each monthly payout calculation.
