Signup attribution and privacy policy update

New account creation now records privacy-scoped signup attribution such as IP address, approximate location, user agent, referrer, landing path, signup method, and capture timestamp for account security, abuse prevention, support, and admin review. The Privacy Policy was updated to describe this collection and retention.
